I received the binder of notes in August of 2006
and have transcribed
them as they appeared in the binder
sorting out Engel and Mudge each into
their own documents.
All documents have been converted to PDFs
Letters were put in date order
the remainder as it was in the binder
Charts have also been converted to PDFs and a gif
NOTE: while photos are referred to in the transcription NO photos were included in the binder.
