The purpose of this form is to demonstrate our data base driven web site
technology. This application is an on line roster system in which a table
of people may be displayed, modified and expanded on the Internet by any person
knowing the password. (This demonstration uses a table of made up names.)

An interesting feature of this system is that all of the programming is generic,
which means that in order to add another complete roster support system it
is sufficient to make the appropriate entries in the master table and create
the base personal data table. This system also supports a bulletin board page
for time sensitive announcements.

Thus an administrator with no special technical training can modify the roster
data base and the bulletin page information from any web browser.

This form allows people in general, not knowing a password,
to view the stored bulletin board information. Click for demo:

An entry form can be set up so that a user without a
password can enter his own personal data and other information.
This information can be inserted in a data base, sent by E Mail to a
